CEO & Founder, Global Warrior
From the front lines of Ukraine to the summit of Kilimanjaro, Jill Tupper, M.A., has dedicated her life’s work to equipping leaders to remain calm in chaos, think clearly under stress, and live with purpose.
Jill pioneered the NSR™ Nervous System Reset methodology, which has been delivered more than 3,000 times during seven humanitarian missions in the war zones of Ukraine. Her work bridges neuroscience, leadership, and practical tools that help people strengthen resilience in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

Nancy Slyter joined the Development team at CrossPurpose in 2022. With over 26 years of experience in philanthropic partnerships and nonprofit growth, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities and programs that drive organizational expansion and meaningful impact at both local and national levels. For Nancy, serving the nonprofit sector is both a calling and an opportunity to foster sustainable, transformative relationships that remove barriers and empower residents to thrive.
Nancy serves on the Association of Fundraising Professionals Board of Directors Colorado Chapter (AFP) committed to advancing philanthropy and growth of fundraising professionals and the Denver's Arts District on Santa Fe Board, a nationally known arts and cultural district and one of the first Certified Creative Districts in the state. Nancy enjoys volunteering her time as a Mentor with AFP's mentorship program and teaching an online High-Impact Generosity course through Giving University, a private foundation guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and measurable impact.
